The Aioli Baked Fish I ordered (pictured) from The French Baker (at the Ali Mall) is probably the most pitiful piece of baked fish fillet I’ve had in quite some time. The Aioli sauce is almost nonexistent. They can’t even bake the fish with the breading intact. And most importantly, the fillet is so laughably little. At PHP ₱400 (USD $7), I expected a bigger portion. At least commensurate to the scale of the product they plaster around in their promotional materials.
What about the taste? It’s not terrible, by any means. However, additional Aioli sauce is crucial; after all, that’s what the meal is named for. Oh, well.
